The features of these brake pads are as follows:
1- Manufactured using the latest brake pad production technology worldwide.
2- The brake pads are produced in accordance with the approved specifications and thicknesses set by automakers, using Fine presses (which offer the highest dimensional accuracy and minimal bending of the brake shoe).
3- The lifespan of these brake pads meets international standards, with a minimum of 20,000 kilometers of use (without causing damage to the vehicle’s brake discs).
4- Use of organic Korean powders (NAO), which are resistant to moisture and temperature changes, ensuring stable performance and environmental friendliness.
5- High-quality and durable noise dampeners and sensors from Korea, which significantly contribute to the brake pads’ performance and long lifespan.
6- The use of Equal Korean presses, which, despite lower production volumes per cycle and higher costs, ensure superior performance, resulting in excellent pad grip and no undesirable noise during braking.
7- Fully automated machining of the produced brake pads using advanced methods, which increases contact surface and reduces damage to the vehicle’s brake discs.
8- Electrostatic coating, which, due to a 24-hour curing process in the oven, prevents rust and corrosion and also acts as an insulator, reducing undesirable noise during braking.
9- The use of the most advanced laboratory equipment to daily monitor and maintain the quality of the produced brake pads, in line with the latest global quality standards.
